I conducted internal research, identifying pain points for designers and developers to understand what activities to prioritize to improve the design system.
We saw a huge pain point in lacking communication strategy and lacking documentation.
Over the next year, I helped Grundfos improve these areas including; building, populating, releasing, and maintaining a new design system documentation website.
